Postage & Delivery


Delivery Charges

Delivery is FREE on all orders over £20 to UK customers. For orders under £20 there is a £1.99 charge.

For international orders we charge a flat rate postage fee of £4.99.

 

UK Delivery

All UK orders are either sent via Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail 48 depending which service you choose. We aim to ship your order within 24hrs of receiving payment so our customers usually receive their orders within 1-2 days.

 

International Delivery

International orders are sent via Royal Mail's Airmail service which aims to deliver to Western Europe in three working days, Eastern Europe in five working days and seven days to the rest of the world, however this is only a guide and items may take longer.

 

Returns


Let Us Know First

If you have a problem with your order we would urge you to contact us before sending the product back, this gives us a bit of prior warning and a heads-up about your particular problem. Also some issues can be resolved without you having to send the item back to us.

 

If You've Made a Mistake

In all cases where the reason for return is not down to a problem with the product or your order, e.g. you've changed your mind etc., items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. All goods must be returned in unopened and unused condition. Return postage costs are at the expense of the buyer.

 

If We've Made a Mistake

In cases where the problem is down to the product, your order or otherwise our fault we will take all steps necessary to resolve problems quickly and efficiently. Please contact us before sending items back to us so that we are aware of your problem. All postage costs incurred by the buyer when returns made under such circumstance will be fully refunded upon receipt of the returned items.

 

Will You Charge Me?

We do not charge a fee for handling returned items for whatever reason. In cases where a refund is requested we will refund your payment via the method which you used to make the original payment. If your return is for any reason other than a faulty product or otherwise our mistake return postage costs must be at the buyers expense.
